Upgrading from V2 to V3

Upgrade Steps

  1. Ensure the device is connected to the internet.
  2. Navigate to the iFace V2 (MT4000 V2) homepage.
  3. Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner to enter "Settings".
  4. Click "Check for Updates" to receive the V3 version upgrade notification.
  5. Click "Confirm Upgrade" to seamlessly switch to the V3 version.

What to Do If No Update Is Received?

  1. Check Network Status: Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Check System Time:
  3. Go to "Settings > About Device > Language and Time" to confirm the time is accurate.
  4. If the time is incorrect, it may prevent internet access or updates.
  5. Retry the Update: After confirming the network and time are correct, click "Check for Updates" again.
  6. Contact Customer Service: If the update still fails, please contact AMOS official customer service for support.
