Upgrading from V2 to V3
Upgrade Steps
- Ensure the device is connected to the internet.
- Navigate to the iFace V2 (MT4000 V2) homepage.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner to enter "Settings".
- Click "Check for Updates" to receive the V3 version upgrade notification.
- Click "Confirm Upgrade" to seamlessly switch to the V3 version.
What to Do If No Update Is Received?
- Check Network Status: Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Check System Time:
- Go to "Settings > About Device > Language and Time" to confirm the time is accurate.
- If the time is incorrect, it may prevent internet access or updates.
- Retry the Update: After confirming the network and time are correct, click "Check for Updates" again.
- Contact Customer Service: If the update still fails, please contact AMOS official customer service for support.
